Eligibility Criteria:
All micro, small and medium companies registered in INDIA are eligible to apply for the INNOVATIVE INDIAN AWARDS 2021. The organizers and jury reserve the right to decide the winners and their decisions cannot be contested.
1.The nomination application must be duly filled and signed by the Managing Director/Proprietor/Managing Partner/Karta of the company/enterprise.
2.The nomination application must be submitted with supporting documents & must be self-attested. We recommend that you maintain a copy of the Nomination Application.
3.All information sent by the company is subject to verification available on public domain and the company agrees to furnish the facts as demanded from time to time for any significant variations noticed and communicated by the Selection Committee.
4.Receipt of the duly filled Nomination forms in the prescribed format shall be taken as the token of acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
5.Entries are non-returnable.
6.The Organizers reserve the right to publish all entries wholly or in part, as case studies or for the purposes of publicity.
7.Jury’s decision shall be final and binding on all participants.
8.If any information provided by the participant is found to be incorrect in any manner, the entry in question shall be disqualified.
9.Submit the nomination form to reach us before 1st JUNE 2021
10.Delays in receipt of the nominations, shall not be responsibility of the organizers and nominations should be sent as early as possible to avoid unforeseen postal / courier delays.
Note: Any record of warnings, prosecutions or convictions will be taken into account during the judging process, but will not necessarily lead to disqualification. A brief account of the matter(s) concerned and the corrective / preventive measures taken will help demonstrate your efforts to address the problem and constantly improve.
